Choc. Swiss Roll






Ingredients :

(A)

3 nos eggs
2 oz castor sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 tablespoon ovallette
1.5 oz flour remove 11/2tbs + cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon milk powder

(B)

2 oz butter ~ melted

(C)

1.5 tablespoon cocoa powder

(D)

Buttercream icing @ any filling (guna cheese frosting)

Method :

1. Place ingredients A in a mixing bowl. Beat on high speed for 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Set aside 1.5 tablespoons of the batter and put into a piping bag.
3. Add cocoa powder to the batter in the mixer (larger amount) and beat for another 1 or 2 minutes.
4. Spread the cocoa batter onto the tray layered with greaseproof paper.
5. Pipe lines using the white batter onto the cocoa batter.
6. Using a cake skewer, make lines across the white batter to create batik effect.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 20 minutes.
8. Once baked, remove the cake from the tray onto a wire rack. Let it cool.
9. Turn the cake onto another piece of paper and spread the buttercream.
10. Slowly and carefully, roll the cake. Wrap in a clingfilm and keep in the refrigerator for the buttercream to set before slicing it

250gm cream cheese
50gm gula icing(ayak)
50 butter
whip cream (optional)

Pukul cream cheese & butter agak2 kembang. Masukkan gula icing & whip cream.

Batik Swiss Roll



BATIK SWISS ROLL

Ingredients :

(A)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 tablespoon ovallette

Lapis Choc Biskut Marie




Bahan2:

1 cawan gula
1 cawan mentega
1 cawan biskut marie ( d kisar)
1 cawan tepung gandum
2 sudu besar susu pekat
4 butir telur
sedikit esen vanila
Choc cadbury secukupnya
pewarna.

Cara:
Putar mentega & gula hingga kembang
Putar kuning & putih telur berasingan
Putar putih telur sampai "stiff" (bla terbalik kan bekas x jatuh)
Masukkan kuning telur, susu , vanila , bislut & tepung. Gaul sebati.
Bhgn adunan kpd 3 bhgn. warnakan
Kukus setiap lapisan selama 5`10min.
Lakukan proses melapis secara selang seli shingga selesai.

Dark Cherry & Cranberry Cupcakes

Bahan2:
200gm butter (unsalted)
50gm marjerin
250gm gula
240gm(4bj) telur
250gm tepung naik sendiri
85gm jus dark cherry
dried cranberries

Cara Membuat:

Panaskan oven 180"C

Butter & marjerin d pukul rata
Masukkan gula dipukul hingga putih (sederhana laju ~ 5 min)
Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji hingga habis
sekiranya adunan 'curdle" tidak sebati masukkan sedikit tepung ke dlm adunan ~ gaul rata
Perlahan kelajuan mixer, masukkan sedikit tepung berselang seli & jus.
Berhentikan mixer, kemudia gaul rata adunan.
masukkan dried cranberries
masukkan adunan dlm liner cupcakes berukuran 11cm ~ 45gm @ 3/4 penuh
solo cup 21/2oz ~ 30@31gm
masak 22min.

Cheese Frosting
250gm cream cheese
50gm butter
50gm gula icing
1/2st lemon juice.

Pukul rata cheese dan butter & masukkan gula icing.

Kek Roti @ Roti Kek




Bahan untk roti:
A:
200gm tepung roti
11/2 sm serbuk koko
1/2 st salt

B:
100gm castor sugar/gula halus
1st instant yis (5gm)
1 st bread improver ( klu x bubuh pun tkpe)

C:
140ml air sejuk
40gm mentega

Cara adun & uli ~ sama seperti resepi roti2 yang lain.

Bahan utk span kek:
(Utk loyang loaf 4x8.5x4) wat 1/2 adunan cukup
A:
20g tepung gandum, ayak
20g tepung jagung, ayak
30g castor sugar/halus
3bj merah telur
30ml corn oil
30ml jus pandan (pekat)
sedikit wane hijo

B:
3bj putih telur
1/2st cream of tartar
30gm castor sugar/gula halus.

Cara sama seperti wat kek span.
Bakar pada suhu 180'C ~ 20 ~ 30min sehingga masak & keperangan.
