450g tpg hkong
1sb susupekat manis
5st yis
230ml ail
Kacau semua bahan hingga doh licin & rehatkan 1/2 jam

Bhn B
300g tepung hkomg
180gula castor
40g shortening
2sb double action powder
1st bread softener
100ml air.

Bancuh Bhn B + Bhn A. Bila dah sebati dan licin putar lebih kurang 15 ~ 20min dgn speed no 2. Perap lg 1/2 jam. Kemudian bulatkan adunan dlm 20g. Setelah masukkan inti & kembang barulah d kukus. Kukus dlm 5 ~ 7min.

Chocolate Waffles



Chocolate Waffles
11/4 cup flour
2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsp sugar
1/4 cupocoa powder
1cup milk
2 eggs separated
1/4 cup oil
1/4 tsp vanilla

Beat egg white until soft peaks for set aside. Sift all dry ingredients together (or whisk them together. Beat egg yolk in another bowl for i minute, then mix in milk, oil, and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients with the milk mixture. Stir only until blended. Fold in egg white. Cook in waffle iron. This will make 4 Belgian waffles.

Inti boleh bli ready d kedai bhn2 bakery.

Sausage.
Lilitkan adunan dgn sausage. & sapu sos.

MIni Pizza & Roti Sausage





Roti Sausage:
Gulung sausage dlm adunan roti.
Belah2kan, bentukkan sesuka hati.
Sapu kuning telur & bakar.

Pizza,
Sapu sos pd adunan roti yg d leperkan.
Tabur sayur2an, ayam/ daging & keju sagat.

Bun Cheese



Rujuk resepi asa roti.
Timbang adunan 50g, jalin seperti tocang.
Tabur atasnya dgn gula castor & keju sagat.
Bakar selama 15 ~ 20min. Sapu majerin/butter.

Mexican Bun




Topping:
1) 70g gula icing
2) 120 margerin/butter
3) 130g tepung gandum
4) 130g telur (2 bj gred B)
5) 1st instant coffee
6) 1/2 st air panas
7) 1/4st coffee falvour

1& 2 pukul
Masukkan coffee falvour & instant coffee bancuh dgn air.
nak gelap boleh tambah choc emulco
Tambah tepung gandum
& Telur ~ pukul sehingga sebati.

Tip utk inti
Butter keras potong kiub & golek dalam gula caster.

Resepi Asas Roti

Bahan A:
ikg Tepung Roti
140g gula castor
20gm yeast (2 pkt)
20g softner
10g improver
50gm sus lemak manis
100gm marjerin

Bahan B
2bj telur
500ml air

Cara2:
Bahan A d pukul selama 5 minit
Masukkan Bahan B dan pukul lagi 20 min
Apabila jadi dough simpan adunan hingga naik selama 1/2jam.
Baru d bentukkan.
